Terms of service
The agreement between you and Menopause Academy when you buy a digital product from this shop.
Last updated
These terms govern your use of secondnoon.com and everything you buy here. By placing an order you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the shop.
1. Who you’re dealing with
This shop is operated by [registered business name], [registered address] (“Menopause Academy”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@secondnoon.com.
2. What we sell
Digital products only: handbooks in PDF format and recorded video courses. Nothing is shipped. Each product page describes the format, and many titles offer a free preview before you buy.
3. Your order
- Prices are in US dollars and include no shipping cost, because there is none.
- Adding a product to your cart is not a purchase; the contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
- We may refuse or cancel an order — for example when a price was displayed incorrectly, a title has been withdrawn, or payment is refused. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you get a full refund.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
4. Delivery and immediate access
Your download links are emailed as soon as payment is confirmed. By placing the order you ask us to give you access straight away and you accept that your right to withdraw ends once a download begins. Our refund policy still gives you 14 days if you haven’t downloaded, covers faulty files at any time, and gives the Menopause Clinical Blueprint a 7-day money-back guarantee that applies after download too. Details of how delivery works are on the delivery page.
5. Your licence to use the files
When you buy a title you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read or watch it, and to keep your own copies for that purpose. You may not:
- share, sell, lend, rent or publish the files, or your download links;
- upload them to a website, file-sharing service, messaging group or AI training dataset;
- remove any copyright notice, or present the work as your own.
We keep all rights we haven’t given you here. Copyright in the works belongs to their publishers and authors. If you break this clause we may revoke your download links without a refund, and the copyright owner may take action against you.
6. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us as soon as you think someone else has access. You may close your account at any time by writing to us.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the shop, and don’t use it for anything unlawful.
8. Availability
We try to keep the shop and your download links available at all times, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, a failure at one of our suppliers, or events outside our control can interrupt it.
9. Our responsibility
We are responsible for supplying the product you paid for and for fixing or refunding faulty files. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Our products are educational material. They are not medical advice, and nothing in them replaces your own clinical judgement or the standards that apply where you practise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it. The date at the top shows the last change.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [country / jurisdiction], and the courts there have jurisdiction — unless the consumer law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live, which it may.
