Buying

How do I buy a resource?

Select any of the buy buttons on the Menopause Clinical Blueprint page and you go straight to checkout. You need an email address, your name and your country — nothing else. An account is optional.

Do I need an account?

No. You can check out as a guest and your download links are emailed to you. An account is useful if you buy more than once: everything you’ve bought stays in My Library, so you never have to hunt for an old email.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cards, and wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes. Enter it in the Discount code field in your cart or at checkout and the total updates straight away.

Are prices in US dollars?

Yes, every price is in USD. Your bank converts to your own currency at its own rate.

Downloads

How do I get my files?

The moment your payment is confirmed we email your download links — usually within a minute. The links also appear on the confirmation page right after checkout, and in My Library if you have an account.

I didn’t get the email.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn’t there, open Find my downloads, enter the email you paid with, and we’ll send the links again. Still stuck? Write to us and we’ll sort it out.

How long do the links work?

They keep working. A few titles limit how many times each link can be used — when that applies, the limit is written next to the download button and in your email. Save the file somewhere safe after the first download.

What format are the files?

Handbooks are PDFs, which open on any phone, tablet or computer without special software. Courses are video files, sometimes with slides or notes as PDFs. Each product page says which format you’re buying.

Can I share the files?

No. Everything we sell is copyrighted and licensed for your personal use. Sharing, reselling or uploading files elsewhere isn’t allowed, and your download links are tied to your order.

Orders and refunds

Can I get a refund?

If you haven’t downloaded anything yet, yes — within 14 days, no questions asked. If a file is broken, incomplete or not what the page described, tell us and we’ll fix it or refund you, downloaded or not. Can I buy the same title twice?

There’s no reason to: a title you already have in your cart won’t be added twice, and your download links don’t expire.

Do you have a title that isn’t listed?

Ask us. If we can source it, we’ll add it to the shop and let you know.
