Everything is digital: how and when your download links arrive, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Nothing is shipped. Every product in this shop is a file you download, so there is no postage, no delivery address and no waiting.
When your files arrive
As soon as your payment is confirmed — normally under a minute — we do three things:
- Email your download links to the address you entered at checkout.
- Show the same links on the order confirmation page in your browser.
- Add the order to My Library, if you have an account.
If a title needs to be prepared by hand (this happens with a few large video courses), the email says so and the links follow, usually within 24 hours.
Your download links
- Each link is personal to your order. Please don’t share it.
- Links keep working, so you can download again later from the same email.
- Some titles limit how many times a link can be used. When there’s a limit, it’s shown next to the download button and in your email.
- If we ever move a file, links already emailed keep working.
Not received anything?
- Check your spam and promotions folders — delivery emails often land there.
- Open Find my downloads and enter the email you paid with; we’ll send the links again.
- If neither works, write to us with your order number and we’ll fix it.
Refunds and access
If an order is refunded in full, or canceled, its download links stop working. See the refund policy for when a refund is possible.
Technical requirements
PDFs open on any modern phone, tablet or computer. Video courses play in any current browser or video player. No app, no account with a third party and no DRM software is required.
