We answer questions about orders, downloads and access. We cannot give clinical advice about an individual patient.
So we can help faster
If your message is about an order, include the email address you paid with and your order number (it’s at the top of your confirmation email). For a download problem, tell us which file and what you see when you open the link.
Before you write
Many questions have a faster answer:
- No download email? Check spam, then use Find my downloads to have the links sent again.
- How delivery works: see the delivery page.
- Refunds: see the refund policy.
- Anything else: the FAQ covers formats, devices, payment and sharing.
When we answer
Usually within one working day. Refund requests are answered within five working days.
